| Abstract: | Předmětem práce je srovnání daňových systémů zemí Evropské Unie, České republiky a Itálie. Přímo se zaměřuje na způsoby výpočtu základu daně z příjmu právnických osob, a na jejich odlišnosti v daných zemích. Cílem je porovnání daňové povinnosti daňových poplatníků, kterými jsou právnické osoby. Cíle je dosaženo prostřednictvím komparace dvou identických modelových společností, z nichž jedna má sídlo v Itálii, druhá v České republice. Konečným výstupem je kalkulace daně z příjmu modelových společností provedená na jejich účetní závěrce. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis (analysis) is a comparison of tax systems of the European Union, the Czech Republic and Italy. It is focused on the calculation methods of the income tax base of legal entities and compares the differences of them in the countries concerned.The target is to compare the total tax due by the taxpayers – legal entities. The aim is achieved through a comparison of two identical model companies, one of which is based in Italy and the other in the Czech Republic. The final output is the model calculation of the income tax provided in the model financial statement. |
