| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je rozbor výtvarného umění a fotografie z hlediska autorského práva. První kapitola vymezuje základní právní pojmy jako autorské dílo, osobnostní a majetková práva, zákonné licence apod. Součástí této kapitoly jsou i licenční smlouvy. Na to navazují možnosti ochrany autorského práva a následně rozbor činností dotčených kolektivních správců. Předposlední kapitola obsahuje komparaci českého a finského autorského práva a pátá kapitola zahrnuje analýzu zjištění z vlastního průzkumu o znalosti autorského práva v kruzích výtvarníku. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this work is an analysis of fine arts and photography in terms of copyright. The first chapter defines fundamental legal terms such as author's work, moral and economic rights, etc. Contracts related to copyright are also part of this chapter. This is followed by the possibilities of copyright protection and subsequently, the activity of involved institutions is described. The penultimate chapter contains a comparison of Czech and Finnish copyright law and the fifth chapter includes an analysis of own findings resulted from research focused on the knowledge of copyright in the artist community. |
