| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá konceptem jednorázové společnosti, který se projevuje v nadměrné produkci odpadu, časté obměně produktů a plýtvání. Práce má za cíl ověřit platnost tohoto konceptu na vybrané skupině spotřebitelů. Výzkumný vzorek byl vybrán metodou sněhové koule. Díky výběrové metodě byl zajištěn koherentní soubor. Data byla získána metodou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a jejich analýza byla inspirovaná metodou zakotvené teorie. Kódování bylo provedeno v programu QDA Miner. Výzkum je zaměřen na spotřební chování respondentů ve vztahu k elektrospotřebičům, zejména jejich nákup, používání a zbavování se. Vybraná skupina respondentů se ukázala jako vzdorující projevům jednorázové společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The thesis investigates the concept of the throwaway society which is displayed on the following factors: an excessive waste production, a frequent replacement of the products and wastage. The objective of the thesis is to verify the concept’s validity on a selected group of consumers. The research sample was selected by a snowball sampling method. The method ensured a coherent set. The data was obtained by semi-structured interviews and the analysis of the data was inspired by the grounded theory method. The interviews were coded in the QDA Miner program. The research is focused on the consumer behavior towards appliances, particularly on the purchase, using and disposing of them. The sample was found to be resisting the displays of the throwaway society. |
