| Abstract: | Diplomová práce na téma Investiční realizace výrobní společnosti a její dopady analyzuje efektivnost investičního záměru v konkrétním výrobním podniku. Cílem tohoto šetření je zhodnotit dopad realizace investičního projektu na provoz a hospodaření dané společnosti. Teoretická část práce se zabývá faktory, které ovlivňují investiční rozhodování a dále popisem základních metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Teoretické poznatky jsou aplikovány na skutečný investiční projekt v praktické části této práce. Tento investiční projekt vybrané společnosti sestává ze dvou investičních variant, ze kterých podnik vybere právě jednu. Ve své finální podobě by právě praktická část diplomové práce měla podniku pomoci vybrat vhodnější a efektivnější variantu investice. Doporučení pro výběr je podloženo použitím relevantních hodnotících investičních modelů. V závěru práce je poté uvedeno shrnutí celé problematiky a interpretace výsledků z příslušného hodnocení. Výsledky této analýzy poslouží přímo strategickému managementu vybrané výrobní společnosti. |

| Abstract: | My thesis analyzes the effectiveness of investment in the real production company. The goal of this investigation is to evaluate the impact of the project on the business and economy of the chosen production company. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with factors, which influence the investment decisions and subsequently deals with the description of basic methods of investment effectiveness evaluation. Theoretical outputs are subsequently applied on the real investment project in the practical part of this thesis. This investment project is consisted of two investment variants, from which the company is going to choose only one. In its final form, the practical part should help the company in choosing the more suitable and more effective investment project. The recommendation for the selection is supported by the relevant usage of investment evaluation methods. In the conclusion is afterwards introduced the summarization of the whole thesis. The interpretation of results is also included. Results from this analysis are here directly for the TOP management of the chosen production company. |
