| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu za účelem zjištění, zda a za jakých podmínek se vyplatí založit společnost instalující a zprovozňující malé fotovoltaické elektrárny, tzv. mikrozdroje. Novela Energetického zákona umožňuje od roku 2016 instalovat malé fotovoltaické elektrárny s výkonem do 10kWp bez licence od Energetického regulačního úřadu. Bohužel stávající legislativní omezení nepřinesla očekávaný solární boom těchto mikrozdrojů i přes dotační podporu. V teoretické části práce bych chtěl tato legislativní omezení popsat s návazností na praktická řešení v mém podnikatelském záměru. Primárním cílem společnosti nebude prodávat fotovoltaické panely, ale služba zákazníkům zahrnující vše od instalace, regulace, zamezení přetoků vyrobené energie do distribuční sítě až po měření včetně poradenství. Cílovou skupinou pro společnost budou zákazníci, kteří uvažují o pořízení FVE bez licence a také stávající provozovatelé malých FVE potýkající se s problémy s přetoky vyrobené energie do sítě a s problémy s měřením. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan in order to find out if and under what conditions it is worth establishing a company which would install and provide small photovoltaic power plants (micro-sources) operational. Since 2016 the amendment to the Energy Act allows installation of small photovoltaic power plants up to 10kWp without the Energy Regulatory Office license. Unfortunately, despite the subsidy support the existing legislative restrictions did not bring the expected solar boom of the micro-sources. In the theoretical part of the thesis I would like to describe the above mentioned legislative restrictions as well as their impact on practical solutions in my business plan. The primary goal of the company will not be to sell photovoltaic panels but to offer customers as follows: installation, regulation, energy network overflows prevention and consulting services. The target group will be customers who consider purchasing a PV plant without a license and also existing small PV plant operators who struggle with power overflow problems and energy measurement problems. |
