| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá založením vlastního podniku typu autoškola na území ČR. Práce je zaměřená především na analýzu podnikání z finanční stránky. Cílem práce je zpracování finančního plánu včetně všech jeho součástí nezbytných pro úspěšné fungování podniku. K naplnění cíle poslouží vypočet jednotlivých fi-nančních položek, které budou analyzovány pomocí jednotlivých výkazů. Bakalářská práce se skládá ze dvou klíčových částí. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice fi-nančního plánu jako součásti podnikatelského plánu a záležitostem, které jsou ne-zbytné pro začátek podnikání. Praktická část se zabývá vytvořením samotného fi-nančního plánu a zhodnocením jeho úspěšnosti. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with founding of the own driving school in the Czech Republic. The thesis is focused mainly on the analysis of business from the financial side. The aim of the thesis is to elaborate a financial plan including all its parts necessary for successful functioning of the business. To meet the objective, the calculation of individual financial items will be analysed using individual financial reports. The bachelor thesis consists of two key parts. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the financial plan as part of the business plan and deals with activities which are necessary for starting a business. The practical part deals with the creation of the financial plan itself and the evaluation of its success. |
