| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnaností seniorů v České republice. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je klasifikování a zhodnocení faktorů, které nějakým způsobem ovlivňují zaměstnanost lidských zdrojů se zaměřením na zaměstnatelnost osob starší 60 let v České republice. Teoretická část se věnuje hlubšímu objasnění pojmu senior, kde je charakterizováno stáří a následné změny, ke kterým dochází při přechodu do stáří. Dále se zabývá problematikou odchodu do důchodu a změnami s tím spojené. Teoretická část se následně zabývá i problematikou motivace a potřeb seniorů a také postavením seniorů na trhu práce včetně hodnocení jejich silných a slabých stránek. V praktické části je proveden kvantitativní výzkum, kde pomocí dat, získaných z dotazníků, jsou zjišťovány faktory, které ovlivňují zaměstnanost seniorů v České republice. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the employment of seniors in the Czech Republic. The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to classify and evaluate factors that affect the employment of human resources with a focus on employability of persons over 60 in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part deals with a deeper explanation of the term senior, where the age, and subsequent changes that occur during the transition to old age, are characterized. It also deals with retirement issues and changes related to that. The following part consequently deals with the motivation and needs of the elderly and also with the position of seniors in the labor market together with the assessment of their strengths and weaknesses. The quantitative research is carried out in the practical part, where the factors that influence the employment of seniors in the Czech Republic are determined using data obtained from questionnaires. |
