| Abstract: | Sport je významnou společenskou aktivitou, která přináší společnosti mnoho pozitivních vlivů. Její provozování a rozvoj jsou závislé na finančních prostředcích z vlastních, ale i veřejných zdrojů. Cílem práce bylo zhodnocení ekonomické výkonnosti neziskových sportovních klubů v České republice s podrobnějším zaměřením na dotace. Pro porozumění tématu bylo nutno provést zevrubnou rešerši literatury domácích i zahraničních zdrojů, znichž bylo stanoveno pět výzkumných otázek. Následně byl proveden rozsáhlý sběr dat kvantitativní metodou a jejich následná analýza. Vcelé práci je použito velké množství přehledových a výpočtových tabulek a některé výsledky jsou zobrazené v grafech. Výpočty byly prováděny za využití finančních analýz a statistických metod. V části práce Výsledky a diskuze jsou předloženy vypočtené výsledky a odpovědi na výzkumné otázky. Základním poznatkem práce je zjištění, že kluby jsou závislé na dotacích a jiné podpoře zveřejných zdrojů, není to však zcela zásadní podmínkou pro jejich existenci. V závěru práce jsou výsledky dále okomentovány. |

| Abstract: | Sport is an important social activity that brings many positive influences to society. Its operation and development depend on financial resources from own as well as public sources. The aim of the work was to evaluate the economic performance of non-profit sports clubs in the Czech Republic with a more detailed focus on subsidies. In order to understand the topic, it was necessary to conduct a thorough research of domestic and foreign literature, which set out five research questions. Subsequently, extensive data collection using quantitative methods and their subsequent analysis was performed. A large number of overview and calculation tables are used throughout the work and some results are shown in the graphs. Calculations were performed using financial analysis and statistical methods. The results and answers to the research questions are presented in the part Results and discussion. The basic finding of the work is to find out that clubs are dependent on subsidies and other support for public sources, but this is not a fundamental condition for their existence. In conclusion, the results are further commented. |
