V případě diskrétních faktorů rizika je sestavena rozhodovací matice a poté aplikováno pravidlo očekávané hodnoty a pravidlo očeká-vané hodnoty a rozptylu, spolu s výpočtem hodnoty dokonalé informace. |

Abstract: | The thesis deals with the use of managerial decision-making methods at risk and uncertainty for a chosen decision problem, which is the selection of a computed tomograph supplier for a medical facility. In the case of discrete risk factors, a decision matrix is constructed and then the expected value rule and the expected value and variance rule are applied, along with the calculation of the perfect information value. For decision making under uncertainty the rules MaxiMax, MaxiMin, Laplace, Hurwicz and Savage rules are used. The Monte Carlo method is used for continuous risk factors. The aim of this thesis is to make recommendations for the selection of the optimal supplier based on the methods used, then to evaluate the profitability of this intention and to assess the suitability of applied methods for this decision problem. |
