| Abstract: | Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku agenturního zaměstnávání. Cílem práce je analýza jednotlivých aspektů institutu agenturního zaměstnávání, a to tak, aby práce vytvořila komplexní rámec fungování agenturního zaměstnávání se zaměřením na jeho výhody a nevýhody. V prvních částech práce je vysvětlen institut agenturního zaměstnávání a základní pojmy s ním úzce související. Jsou zde podrobně charakterizovány subjekty agenturního zaměstnávání a smluvní vztahy mezi nimi vznikající. V následujících kapitolách je pozornost věnována konkrétním právním poměrům, statistickým údajům a výhodám a nevýhodám agenturního zaměstnávání. Na základě kompilace teoretických a praktických poznatků jsou doporučeny osoby a společnosti, pro které je využívání agenturního zaměstnávání nejvhodnější. |

| Abstract: | This master´s thesis is focused on the issue of Agency Employment. The aim of the thesis is to analyse individual aspects of the Agency Employment in such a way that the thesis creates a comprehensive framework of Agency Employment operation with a focus on its advantages and disadvantages. In the first parts of the thesis the institute of Agency Employment and basic terms closely related to it are explained. There is a detailed description of the subjects of Agency Employment and contractual relations between them. In the following chapters, attention is paid to specific legal relationships, statistics and the advantages and disadvantages of Agency Employment. Based on a compilation of theoretical and practical knowledge, people and companies are recommended for which the use of Agency Employment is the most appropriate. |
