| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat vývoj daňového zatížení, resp. daňové úspory z uzavřených leasingových a úvěrových smluv v letech 2004-2018 a zhodnotit vliv daňových legislativních změn na počtu uzavřených smluv konkrétní leasingové společnosti. Nejprve jsou uvedeny základní pojmy a druhy leasingu, poté jsou postupně rozebrány daňové aspekty leasingového financování a jejich vývoj. V poslední části diplomové práce je provedena komparativní analýza leasingového a úvěrového financování v letech 2004, 2005, 2008, 2009 a 2014. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to analyze the evolution of the tax burden respectively tax savings from concluded leasing and loan contracts in 2004-2018 and to evaluate the impact of tax legislative changes on the number of concluded contracts of a particular leasing company. First, the basic concepts and types of leasing are introduced, then the tax aspects of leasing financing and their development are gradually analyzed. In the last part of the thesis is a comparative analysis of leasing and credit financing in 2004, 2005, 2008, 2009 and 2014. |
