| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na udržitelný rozvoj a jeho reporting na příkladě vybrané organizace. Teoretická část vymezuje terminologii udržitelného rozvoje a jeho reportingu, u kterého se dále zaměřuje na jeho historický vývoj, současný stav a problematiku. Popsané jsou také standardy, normy a doporučení z oblasti CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) se zaměřením na koncept GRI. Teoretické znalosti jsou poté aplikovány na konkrétní anonymizované organizaci nadnárodního charakteru a jejím přístupu k reportování CSR, který je analyzován a hodnocen spolu s uvedením návrhů na jeho zlepšení. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on sustainable development and its reporting on the example of the selected organization. The theoretical part focuses on the terminology of sustainable development and its reporting, historical development of CSR reporting, its current status and its issues. The thesis also describes standards and recommendations from the field of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) with a focus on the concept of GRI. Theoretical information is applied to a specific anonymous organization of a transnational nature. Its CSR reporting is analyzed and evaluated with suggestions for improvement. |
