| Abstract: | Práce se věnuje rozdělení obchodní společnosti v prostředí českého práva a roli účetnictví v tomto procesu. V prvních třech kapitolách je popsáno, jaké motivy vedou účetní jednotky k realizaci rozdělení a jakými obchodně-právními a účetními předpisy se proces řídí. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje rozboru vybraných uskutečněných případů rozdělení s projektem rozdělení sestaveným v období první poloviny roku 2017. V poslední kapitole je uveden příklad účetního řešení odštěpení sloučením a vymezeny role jednotlivých účastníků procesu. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is dedicated to a trading company spin-off in the Czech law environment and to the role of accounting in this process. The first three chapters describe the motives that lead the accounting entity to realize the spin-off and commercial and accounting regulation that govern the process. The fourth chapter is devoted to the analysis of selected realized spin-offs with the spin-off project compiled in the first half of the year 2017. The last chapter gives an example of accounting solution of splitting by merger and defines the roles of individual participants in the process. |
