| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou tvorby převodních cen týkajících se finančních transakcí mezi spojenými osobami ve formě vnitroskupinových úvěrů. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši publikací a platných předpisů v oblasti převodních cen a finančních transakcí z pohledu Akčního plánu BEPS. Cílem a přínosem této diplomové práce je popis a následná aplikace možné metodologie tvorby převodních cen pomocí modelového příkladu v empirické části této práce. Výsledky analýzy úrokové míry, která je v souladu s principem tržního odstupu, jsou popsány v závěru práce. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of transfer pricing set-ups between related parties concerning financial transactions in the form of intercompany loans. The theoretical part provides literature research of publications and related tax law regulations in the area of transfer pricing and financial transactions from the perspective of the BEPS Action plan. The main aim of this thesis lies in the description and subsequent application of the possible transfer pricing methodology based on a model example in the empirical part of this paper. The results of the interest rate benchmarking analysis, in line with the arm’s length principle, are presented at the end of this paper. |
