| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je vymezení lidských zdrojů v účetnictví a následné porovnání výkaznictví informací o lidských zdrojích z pohledu české účetní úpravy a mezinárodních standardů (IFRS). První část bakalářské práce je věnována problematice lidských zdrojů, včetně postupů pro stanovení mzdových nákladů. Další část bakalářské práce se věnuje požadavkům jednotlivých účetních systémů na zveřejněné informace o lidských zdrojích v jednotlivých účetních výkazech. Poslední část obsahuje porovnání účetních závěrek vybraných společností z pohledu využité účetní regulace i z hlediska časového vývoje. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to define human resources in accounting and to compare the disclosure of information about human resources from the perspective of czech accounting regulation and international standards (IFRS). The first part of the thesis is devoted to the issue of human resources, including procedures for determining labor costs. Another part of the thesis is devoted to the requirements of individual accounting systems on publishing of information about human resources in financial statements. The last part compare financial statements of selected companies from the perspective of used accounting regulation and in terms of time development of selected companies. |
