| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce analyzuje proces likvidace pojistných událostí z povinného ručení. V první části je krátce představeno pojištění odpovědnosti z provozu vozidla, díky jehož sjednání pojišťovna v případě nastání pojistné události přebírá povinnost hradit vzniklou škodu. Druhá prezentuje významné účastníky procesu likvidace, zejména samostatné likvidátory škod a Českou kancelář pojistitelů. Dále následuje pasáž, která je věnována samotnému průběhu likvidace s důrazem především na jednotlivé nároky poškozených, které jsou ilustrovány příklady z praxe. Závěr práce obsahuje statistiky týkající se počtu škod a vybrané problémy spojené s likvidací, konkrétně pojistné podvody. |

| Abstract: | This master thesis analyses the process of claims settlement from MTPL insurance. In the first part the MTPL insurance is brieflly introduced for as thanks to this type of insurance the insurance company is obliged to take over the responsibility to settle the Third Parties‘ claims against the insured client. The second part presents significant participants of the settlement process especially the claim handlers and Czech Insurers‘ Bureau. The following part is wholy dedicated to settlement process with impact on individual claims which are ilustrated by examples from practice. In the conclusion I present statistics about the amnout of the claims and some opted problems regarding the settlement practice, particularly insurance fraud. |
