| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je nabídnout stručný přehled a krátké zhodnocení programovacího období 2007-2013 v České republice. Nejprve je zkráceně popsán implementační systém čerpání finančních prostředků z fondů Evropské unie v České republice pro předešlé programovací období, poté je hlavní část věnována aktuálnímu programovacímu období a nakonec i konkrétnějšímu naznačení způsobu čerpání z operačního programu Životního prostředí. Implementační systém v České republice je velmi rozsáhlý, už díky tomu, že zde máme v aktuálním programovacím období 24 operačních programů, a proto je žádoucí v případě, že by Česká republika měla i v příštím programovacím období možnost čerpat finanční prostředky z fondů EU, aby došlo k jeho zjednoduššení, čímž by došlo k lepší orientaci v tomto systému pro budoucí žadatele. V práci byla požita metoda analýzy, komparace, indukce, dedukce a syntéza. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this work is to offer a brief overview and a brief assessment of the programming period 2007-2013 in the Czech Republic. First, it is abbreviated as described implementation system of implementing the funds European union in the Czech Republic for the previous programming period, then devoted the bulk of the current programming period and eventually more specific indicate the method of execution from the operational program environment. Implementing the system in the Czech Republic is very large, due to the fact that we have in the current programming period of 24 operational programs, and therefore it is desirable in the case of the Czech Republic should in the next programming period permitted to draw funds from EU funds in order to simplification, thereby better orientation in the system for future applicants. The work was ingested method of analysis, comparison, induction, deduction and synthesis. |
