| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnání rozdílného přístupu k rodinné politice v České republice a Norsku prostřednictvím finančních i nefinančních opatření. Z výsledků práce vyplývá, že Norsko vynakládá vyšší výdaje na rodinnou politiku v poměru k HDP než Česká republika a také umožňuje snadnější slučitelnost rodinného a pracovního života díky dostatečné nabídce částečných úvazků a služeb pro děti. Modelové příklady ukazují, že Norsko v době rodičovské dovolené podporuje finančně více rodiny s příjmem až do průměrné mzdy, rodiny s nadprůměrnou mzdou však získávají vyšší poměr peněžních prostředků v České republice. Práce také přináší návrhy na zlepšení situace v České republice v oblasti rodinné politiky. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare different attitudes to family policy in the Czech Republic and Norway through financial and non-financial instruments. The results show that public spending on family benefits in Norway is higher in relation to GDP than the spending of the Czech Republic and Norway has also an easier reconciliation of family and working life thanks to sufficient offer of part-time jobs and services for children. Created models show that financial support of Norway families with income up to the average wage at the time of parental leave is higher than the financial support of Czech families, but families with above-average wages receive higher financial support in the Czech Republic. The theses also provides suggestions for improvement of the situation of the family policy in the Czech Republic. |
