Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je podrobná analýza kapitálové struktury společností podnikajících ve třech sektorech (zpracovatelský průmysl, stavebnictví, velkoobchod a maloobchod) v rámci osmi evropských států (Belgie, Bulharsko, Česká republika, Francie, Německo, Polsko, Řecko a Slovensko) za období 2013–2017. Nejdříve jsou představeny významné teorie kapitálové struktury a následně hlavní determinanty ovlivňující výši podílu cizích zdrojů v podniku.Analytická část se zaměřuje na analýzu datového vzorku. Nejprve je zjištěna struktura aktiv a pasiv, vývoj zadluženosti, rentability a likvidity. Dále následuje zkoumání vzájemného vztahu mezi jednotlivými determinantami a mírou zadluženosti. V závěru práce je testována platnost tzv. kompromisní teorie a teorie hierarchického pořádku. |
