| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce analyzuje zdravotnický systém České republiky mezi lety 2000 a 2017 a vybrané ukazatele nemocnosti srovnává se zdravotnickými systémy Německa, Švýcarska, Řecká a Velká Británie. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda výdaje na zdravotnictví mají vliv na nemocnost obyvatelstva. V teoretické části práce je popis základních pojmů z oblasti zdravotnictví, jsou představeny ekonomické teorie zdravotnictví a je zde popis zdravotnických systémů z hlediska financování. V první část praktické části je analýza zdravotnického systému České republiky a základní popis zdravotnických systémů porovnávaných zemí. Ve druhé části je komparace a korelační analýza výdajů na zdravotnictví a vybraných ukazatelů nemocnosti. Na základě ukazatelů bylo zjištěno, že v České republice s rostoucími výdaji na zdravotnictví klesá nemocnost obyvatelstva. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the healthcare system of Czech Republic between years 2000 and 2017 and chosen indicators of morbidity compares with healthcare systems of Germany, Greece, Switzerland and Great Britain. The aim of this thesis is to find out, if there is a dependence between health expenditure and morbidity. In the theoretical part of this thesis is a description of basic terms of the healthcare, economic theory of health and healthcare systems typology. In the first part of practical part is an analysis of Czech healthcare system, in the second part is a correlation analysis of health expenditure and indicators of morbidity. Based on this correlation analysis it was found that the higher health expenditure is, the lower is morbidity in Czech Republic |
