| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je provedení strategické analýzy podniku Atalian CZ s.r.o., identifikace podstatných faktorů z okolního prostředí společnosti a analýza interních zdrojů a schopností. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je teoreticko-metodologická, v ní jsou představeny zásadní metody a terminologie nezbytné pro strategickou analýzu a definování specifiky odvětví Facility managementu. Zjištěné poznatky jsou následně aplikovány a využity v části praktické, která se zabývá analýzou zvolené společnosti. Závěrem praktické části je identifikace silných a slabých stránek a potenciálních příležitostí a hrozeb za pomocí metody SWOT. Součástí závěru je také definování strategických doporučení. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to perform a strategic analysis of the company Atalian CZ s.r.o., identification of significant factors from the environment and analysis of internal resources and capabilities. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical-methodological, in which are introduced the basic methods and terminology necessary for strategic analysis and defining the specifics of the Facility management sector. The findings are then applied and used in the practical part, which is specialized in the analysis of the selected company. The conclusion of the practical part is identification of strengths and weaknesses and potential opportunities and threats using the SWOT method. Defining of strategic recommendations is also a part of the conclusion. |
