| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem migrační krize, což je proces, který je ovlivněn mnohými faktory. Masová migrace, která v současné době probíhá, je pro Evropu novým jevem a tedy výzvou, se kterou se musí vypořádat. Tato krize totiž není vyvolána potřebou pracovních sil, ale nastavením sociálního systému Evropské unie. Teoretická část tedy vymezí pojem migrace, rozebere současnou migrační krizi a bude se věnovat faktorům, které migraci ovlivňují. Praktická část práce je pak věnována rozboru struktury migrujících osob do zemí Evropské unie z několika hledisek, bude se zabývat integrací migrantů do společnosti a také vlivu migrace na některá odvětví národního hospodářství. Stěžejní pak bude pokusit se pomocí analýzy těchto jednotlivých fází migrace odpovědět na otázku, zda jsou migranti plynoucí do Evropy spíše přínos nebo hrozba. Rozebere také Globální pakt OSN o migraci. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of migration crisis, which is a process that is influenced by many factors. The mass migration that is currently taking place is a new phenomenon for Europe and therefore a challenge that it must tackle. This crisis is not caused by the labor demand, but by the setting up of the social system of the European Union. The theoretical part therefore defines the term migration, analyze the current migration crisis and focus on the factors that affect migration.The practical part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the structure of migrants to the European Union from several points of view. The main part of the thesis is to answer the question whether migrants to Europe are more of a benefit or a threat by analyzing these different stages of migration. The diploma thesis also analyzes the OSN Global Compact for Migration. |
