| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce Rozvoj manažerů v oblasti time managementu a delegování je analýza rozvojových potřeb vybrané skupiny manažerů mezinárodní společnosti se zaměřením na time management a delegování. Teoretická část se zabývá tématy manažera, rozvoje manažerů ve společnosti, duševní hygieny včetně time managementu a závěrem delegování. V praktické části je nejprve představena společnost, rozvojové příležitosti, které nabízí a pracovní pozice respondentů. Následně je provedena analýza časových radarů každého manažera, tematická analýza polostrukturovaných rozhovorů provedených s manažery a s jejich podřízenými a analýza e-mailové komunikace s manažery. Závěrem jsou shrnuty poznatky získané šetřením a jsou vytvořena doporučení k možným změnám v rozvoji manažerů společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis Development of managers in the field of time management and delegation is to analyze the development needs of a selected group of managers of an international company with a focus on time management and delegation. The theoretical part deals with the topics of manager, manager development in the organization, mental hygiene including time management and finally delegation. The practical part introduces the company, the development opportunities it offers and the job positions of respondents. Subsequently, the analysis of each manager's time radar, thematic analysis of semi-structured interviews with managers and their subordinates and analysis of e-mail communication with managers are performed. In conclusion, the findings of the survey are summarized and recommendations for possible changes in the development of managers in the company are made. |
