| Abstract: | Cílem práce je ohodnotit stav interního reportingu v české pobočce společnosti Deloitte a nabídnout doporučení k jeho zlepšení. K tomuto hodnocení práce dospívá nejdříve představením pojmů Controlling a Reporting a postihnutím významných kritérií reportingu založených na dosavadní teorii i úvaze autora. Následně je blíže popsáno manažerské účetnictví a interní ekonomika společnosti a způsoby výkaznictví, ze kterých její interní reporting vychází. Samotné hodnocení reportingu a controllingu v kontextu reportingu je založeno na dotazníkovém šetření mezi jeho uživateli ve společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the state of internal reporting in a Czech branch of Deloitte company and offer a possible improvement of the reporting processes. Thesis starts by defining the concepts of Controlling and Reporting. Then it defines a set of criteria significant for internal reporting. The practical part then describes the managerial accounting system in the company, its internal economy and its methods of reporting. The evaluation of reporting and controlling itself is then based on a questionnaire survey among the users of internal reporting across the whole company. |
