| Abstract: | Primárním cílem diplomové práce je navržení komplexního layoutu výrobní haly k tržní úpravě zeleniny s důrazem na logistické principy, dle kterého by mohla být hala v budoucnu realizována. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části je vymezená terminologie, charakterizovány legislativní náležitosti a jejich implementace, identifikace logistických principů a procesů, formulace technologie zpracování. Stěžejní však bude druhá část práce, tedy praktické zpracování samotného layoutu. Zde je navržen komplexní plán s navržením a umístěním konkrétních linek k tržní úpravě zeleniny, analýza konkrétních výrobních a logistických procesů, zapojení nových technologických trendů s důrazem na vyšší úroveň mechanizace či částečné robotizace. Důraz bude kladen zejména na zvýšení kapacity provozu a kalkulace ekonomické návratnosti investiční akce. Rovněž bude řešena i optimalizace lidské práce vzhledem ke zvýšené mechanizaci a narůstajícím mzdovým nákladům. |

| Abstract: | Primary goal of this final thesis is a draft of complex layout of production warehouse for post-harvest treatment of vegetable forcefully on logistical principle. Based on this draft the future warehouse might be constructed. Final thesis is divided into two separate parts. In theoretical part is listed important terminology, legal essentials and their implementations, identification of key logistical principal and processes, formulation of used technology. Fundamental for the final thesis will be practical part where the draft will be made. The layout will include a full blueprint with concrete plan of the lines for processing, analysis of the production and logistical processes, involvement of new technological trends with accent to higher level of mechanization or partly robotization. Stress will be made on increasing capacity of the plant and calculation of return of investment. Question of constantly increasing cost of labour will be also discussed. |
