| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá odloženou daní a vlivů jednotlivých titulů pro vznik odložené daně na její výši. Vysvětluje, proč odložená daň vzniká, jak ji vypočítat a vykazovat. Praktická část zkoumá vztah mezi odloženou daní a jednotlivými tituly, kde předmětem zkoumání jsou střední auditované společnosti s ručením omezeným. Vztah je zkoumán s užitím lineární regresní analýzy, která prokáže, že na odloženou daň má statisticky největší vliv zůstatková hodnota dlouhodobého majetku a druhý statisticky významný vliv má výše rezerv. |

| Abstract: | The thesis follows up on the deffered tax and the influence of individual components on its height. It explains how the deffered tax is formed, reasons for its existence, how to calculate it and properly account. The practical part looks into the relation between the deffered tax and its parts where the subjects are the medium audited limited liability companies. The relationship is examined using the linear regression which demonstrates that statistically the major influence on the deffered tax height is the residual price of long-term assets and the second statistically significant effect is the amount of reserves. |
