| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku nezaměstnanosti a trhu práce v okrese Praha-východ v letech 2009 až 2017. Cílem práce je zhodnotit pomocí vybraných ukazatelů a metod, nakolik je trh práce v okrese Praha-východ ovlivněn bezprostřední blízkostí hlavního města Praha. Tento cíl je dále specifikován třemi dílčími cíli a třemi na ně navázanými hypotézami. Práce se snaží zodpovědět otázku: „jak byl v letech 2009 až 2017 ovlivněn vývoj trhu práce v okrese Praha-východ blízkostí hlavního města Praha?“. Okres Praha-východ, který je součástí pražské metropolitní oblasti se dlouhodobě umísťuje mezi okresy s nejnižší nezaměstnaností v České republice. Dva „pražské“ okresy a jejich trh práce jsou bezpochyby ovlivněny blízkostí Prahy (např. Mejstřík, 2018, s. 16). Obecně zažitou tezí je, že právě zázemí pražské metropolitní oblasti, vymezené dvěma „pražskými“ okresy (např. Ouředníček a kol., 2014a, s. 14) je zdrojem pracovní síly a jádro metropolitní oblasti tvořené územím hlavního města Prahy, je zdrojem pracovních příležitostí. Práce se tak mimo jiné snaží odpovědět, proč právě okres Praha-východ je, co se nízké míry nezaměstnanosti týče, tak úspěšným regionem v porovnání s celorepublikovými výsledky. Konkrétní snahou této práce je zhodnotit význam meziregionálního pohybu za prací, jakožto faktoru vedoucího ke snižování míry nezaměstnanosti a harmonizaci nabídky a poptávky trhu práce na příkladu okresu Praha-východ v letech 2009-2017. Pomocí analýzy nabídky a poptávky trhu práce mezi „pražskými“ okresy a Prahou jsou zhodnoceny vzájemné vztahy vývoje trhu práce. Provedená analýza trhu práce prokázala, že existuje významná závislost mezi nabídkou okresu Praha-východ a poptávkou hlavního města Prahy. Výsledek analýzy směrového proudu dojížďky a vyjížďky za prací okresu Praha-východ ukazuje, že nejvýznamnější pohyb obyvatel patrně probíhal ve sledovaném období mezi Prahou. Analýzou časových řad míry nezaměstnanosti a salda dojížďky za prací okresu Praha-východ ve sledovaném období byla zjišťována vzájemná závislost mezi těmito dvěma ukazateli. Výsledky provedené analýzy neprokazují významnější závislost mezi vývojem míry nezaměstnanosti a saldem dojížďky za prací. V rámci prováděných analýz byla využita data získaná z dostupných statistických databází, dalšími zdroje dat pochází z nepublikovaných částí VŠPS nebo byly získány od pracovníka IPR hlavního města Prahy. |

| Abstract: | Presented thesis is focused on unemployment and labor market aspects in the district of Prague-East in the period 2009-2017. The aim is to identify, using selected methods, the impact of the immediate proximity of the Prague on the district of Prague-East. The aim je further specified in terms of three partial aims and three hypotheses. The thesis tries to find the answer: “how the development of the labor market was affected by proximity of the Prague in the district of Prague-East in the period 2009-2017?” The district of Prague-East as a part of the Prague metropolitan area belongs among districts with the lowest unemployment rate long term. “Prague” districts (i.e. Prague-East and Prague-West) and their labor markets are undoubtedly affected by proximity of the Prague (Mejstřík, 2018, s. 16). There is commonly believed that Prague metropolitan suburbia (defined by the territory of two district of Prague-East and Prague-West) is source of the labor force for the core of this metropolitan area defined by the territory of Prague which is a source of job opportunities (Ouředníček and col., 2014, s. 1). The thesis tries to answer why this region is so successful in terms of the low unemployment rate compared to nationwide unemployment results. The specified effort of the thesis is to consider importance of interregional labor migration as one of the factor leading to reduction in unemployment and harmonization of supply and demand on labor market. Using analysis of supply and demand of the labor market are considered relationships on the labor market in parts of Prague metropolitan area (i.e. Prague-East, Prague-West and Prague). It was proved, that a significant dependency exists between labor market supply of the district of Prague-East and labor market demand in Prague. Lower than in case of the district of Prague-West and results from similar analysis. There was found, using analysis, that Prague is probably the most important region where the largest labor migration takes place from the perspective of the district of Prague-East in the reporting period. Time series analysis consisted from annual values of unemployment rate and labor commuting balance data series showed no significant dependency between the two variables in case of the district of Prague-East in the reporting period. For the performed analysis, data from available statistical databases, unpublished parts of Labor Force Survey and employees of IPR Prague are used. |
