| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá především účetním systémem ve Vietnamu a účetním systémem v České republice. Nejdříve jsou vysvětleny příčiny rozdílů v účetnictví, které se s příchodem globalizace staly obrovskou překážkou pro uživatele účetních závěrek, a proto byla nutná harmonizace a standardizace účetnictví. Poté je pozornost věnována vývoji účetnictví, právní regulaci účetnictví, vlivu IAS/IFRS a faktorům, které mají bezprostřední vliv na podobu účetnictví v obou zemích. V závěru práce je provedena komparativní analýza obou účetních systémů, a jsou vyhodnoceny odlišnosti, popř. podobnosti, které tyto dva systémy mají. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is mainly focused on accounting system in Vietnam and accounting system in Czech Republic. Firstly, the causes of differences in accounting systems are explained, and which with the advent of globalization has become a huge obstacle for the financial statements´ users and therefore accounting harmonization and standardization have been necessary. The attention is after that focused on the accounting development, accounting regulation, the influence of IAS/IFRS and other factors that have an immediate impact on accounting systems of both countries. At the end of this thesis the comparative analysis of both accounting systems is carried out, and the differences or similarities of these systems are evaluated. |
