| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je zanalyzovat problematiku financování nestátních neziskových organizací věnující se mezinárodnímu dobrovolnictví a pořádající workcampy, a komparace české organizace INEX-SDA a francouzské organizace Concordia s ohledem na danou problematiku. Účelem této komparace je zjistit úroveň podpory mezinárodního dobrovolnictví v České republice vzhledem k jinému státu s nepřerušenou tradicí dobrovolnictví, rozvinutější strukturální sítí věnující se dobrovolnictví a zdánlivě poskytující více příležitostí pro rozvoj mezinárodního dobrovolnictví. Samotná práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zabývá teoretickým vymezením nestátního neziskového sektoru, jeho historií a současným stavem v obou zemích a vymezením dobrovolnictví v České republice a ve Francii. Na teoretickou část navazuje praktická., ve které jsou blíže představeny organizace INEX-SDA a Concordia a analýza jejich financování a postavení ve společnosti. Za použití kvantitativních a kvalitativních metod a analýzy výročních zpráv, společně s teoretickými poznatky, jsou zde získány informace vedoucí ke zhodnocení rozvoje příležitostí k mezinárodnímu dobrovolnictví v České republice a zejména v INEX-SDA. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze the issue of funding non-governmental organizations which operate in international volunteering, and organize workcamps, and a comparison of the Czech organization INEX-SDA and the French organization Concordia with regard to this issue. The purpose of this comparison is to determine the level of support for international volunteering in the Czech republic relative to the another country with an uninterrupted tradition of volunteering, a more developed structural network dedicated to volunteering and seemingly providing more opportunities for international volunteering. The thesis itself is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of non-governmental non-profit sector, its hitory and current situation in both countries and definition of volunteering in Czech Republic and France. The theoretical part is followed by the practical part, in which the organizations INEX-SDA and Concordia and the funding analysis and their position in society are introduced. Using quantitative and qualitative methods and analysis of annual reports, together with theoretical knowledge, information is obtained to evaluate the development of opportunities for international volunteering in the Czech Republic and especially in INEX−SDA. |
