| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá aspekty využívání prázdných nemovitostí v Praze. Vymezuje teoretický základ a legislativní rámec práv a povinností vlastníků nemovitostí, mapuje pomocí hloubkových rozhovorů současný stav a přístup k prázdným nemovitostem v Praze. Představuje dva fungující zahraniční projekty. Na základě získaných poznatků z Prahy a ze zahraničních projektů je navržen koncept kanceláře dočasného využívání, jakožto významného příspěvku k řešení problematiky prázdných nemovitostí v Praze. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with aspects of vacant properties in Prague. It describes the theoretical basis and legislative framework of the rights and obligations of property owners. Afterwards, it deals with current state and the working approach to vacant properties in Prague, through in-depth semi structured interviews with related professionals. It is followed by analysis of the two functioning foreign projects. Based on the knowledge gained from description of current state of Prague and foreign projects, the concept of a temporary use office is proposed as an significant contribution to the solution of the issue of vacant properties in Prague. |
