| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro založení nové cestovní kanceláře, která se bude specializovat na sportovní fotbalové zájezdy do Anglie. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny některé základní pojmy cestovního ruchu a popsána struktura podnikatelského plánu. V metodologické části je proveden vlastní výzkum, kdy byly za pomoci dotazníkového šetření osloveni stávající i potenciální klienti cestovní kanceláře. Praktická část pak obsahuje zhotovení vlastního podnikatelského plánu, na jehož základě se autor rozhodne, zda projekt bude či nebude realizovat. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis is about the foundation of a new travel agency, which is going to be specialized in spourt tourism. This travel agency will target football fans and will be organizing tours to see football matches of English Premier League. In the theoretical part of the thesis the author explains the basics responsibilities of a travel agency and then explains how the business plan should look like. In the methodological part of the thesis the author makes his own research. And finally the practical part of the diploma thesis consists of completed business plan for this brand new travel agency. |
