| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na definici obsahu účetní závěrky a její následné podrobné zkoumání. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány účetní výkazy, vymezeny obsahové náležitosti účetní závěrky a definována její vypovídací schopnost. Dále jsou zde popsány metody účetních postupů při vytváření účetní závěrky. Praktická část je zaměřena na podrobné zkoumání účetních závěrek čtyř velkých kapitálových společností v letech 2016 - 2017 a zhodnocení jejich vypovídací schopnosti. |

| Abstract: | The Diploma Thesis is focused on the definition of the content of financial statements and its appropriate examination. It is divided into two parts. In the theoretical parts are characterized financial statements, reserved content essentials of the financial statements and defined its informative ability. Furthermore, there are described methods of accounting procedures in the creation of financial statements. The practical part is focused on finding financial statements of four large capital companies in the years 2016 - 2017 and evaluating their informative ability |
