| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou podnikání zahraničních osob na území České republiky prostřednictvím odštěpných závodů. Podává informace o vlastnostech odštěpného závodu a podmínkách jeho založení na území České republiky. Cílem práce je nastínit možná řešení při účtování transakcí odštěpného závodu, neboť v českých předpisech jednoznačná úprava této problematiky není. Práce objasňuje zdaňování příjmů zřizovatele dosažených prostřednictvím odštěpného závodu a vymezuje vnitropodniková plnění mezi zřizovatelem a odštěpným závodem z pohledu daně z přidané hodnoty. V praktické části jsou teoretické poznatky aplikovány na účtování a zdanění tuzemského odštěpného závodu zahraniční osoby. |

| Abstract: | The main topic of the bachelor thesis is the business of foreign entities in the Czech Republic through registered branch. The thesis provides information on the characteristics of the registered branch and the conditions of its establishment in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to outline possible solutions in accounting of registered branch, since there is no clear regulation of this issue in the Czech legislation. The thesis clarifies the taxation of the founder's income achieved through the registered branch and defines the in-house transactions between the founder and branch office in terms of value added tax. In the practical part, the theoretical knowledge is applied to the accounting and taxation of a domestic registered branch of a foreign founder. |
