| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení vlivu tělovýchovného spolku na místní socioekonomický rozvoj. Vliv je zkoumán na základě relativně nové metodiky lokálního multiplikátoru LM3, na jehož základě je posléze zodpovězena hypotéza, že zvolený spolek má významný dopad na ekonomickou stránku rozvoje v okrese České Budějovice. Začátek teoretické části práce je věnován deskripci tří základních pojmů – lokálního a regionálního udržitelného rozvoje a sociálního kapitálu. Poté následuje představení některých teorií regionálního rozvoje v kontextu sociálního kapitálu. Hlavní pozornost je věnována objasnění multiplikačního efektu a metodice lokálního multiplikátoru LM3. Tato metodika je posléze testována v rámci případové studie na konkrétním sportovním oddíle. Na základě hloubkových rozhovorů je diskutována vhodnost prostředí pro tvorbu sociálního kapitálu ve zvolené obci, který se ukázal být velice významný. Přínos práce spočívá ve využití LM3 při analýze sportovních spolků, na které v České republice zatím tato metodika použita nebyla, a navržení možnosti uplatnění analýzy v praxi. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to determine the influence of the sporting association on a local socio-economic development. The influence is researched on the basis of a relatively new methodology of the local multiplier LM3, on the basis of which the hypothesis that the chosen association has a significant impact on the economic aspect of development in the district of České Budějovice is answered. The beginning of the theoretical part is focused on the description of three basic concepts - local and regional sustainable development and social capital. This is followed by the presentation of some theories of regional development in the context of social capital. The main focus is occupied with clarification the multiplier effect and methodology of the local multiplier LM3. This methodology is finally tested in a case study on a particular sports club. On the basis of in-depth interviews is discussed the suitability of the environment for creating social capital in the chosen municipality. The social capital has proved to be very significant. The benefit from the thesis is based on the use of LM3 in the analysis of sports associations. This methodology has not been used in the Czech Republic yet and suggests the possibility of applying the analysis in practice. |
