| Abstract: | The dissertation focuses on the analysis of the impact of sanctions, oil price collapse, and other political and economic shocks on the capitalization of Russian oil and gas companies. Firstly, the paper provides a literature review of the influence of political and economic factors on the Russian stock market and the effects of sanctions and the collapse of oil prices on the exchange rate. Secondly, the analysis of the oil price collapse and the current situation of the Russian oil and gas industry are provided, followed by the information about the main Russian oil companies. Thirdly, the variables and the model of analysis are justified. The main results are that the sanctions and the collapse of oil prices affect the share prices of Russian oil companies. To investigate more about the dissertation topic, comparison and discussion with other similar articles are presented after the analytical part. |

| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu dopadu sankcí, kolapsu cen ropy a dalších politických a ekonomických šoků na kapitalizaci ruských ropných a plynárenských společností. Za prvé, práce poskytuje literární přehled o vlivu politických a ekonomických faktorů na ruský akciový trh a o dopadech sankcí a kolapsu cen ropy na směnný kurz. Za druhé je poskytnuta analýza cenového kolapsu ropy a současná situace ruského ropného a plynárenského průmyslu a dále informace o hlavních ruských ropných společnostech. Za třetí jsou odůvodněné proměnné a model analýzy. Hlavním výsledkem je, že sankce a kolaps cen ropy ovlivňují ceny akcií ruských ropných společností. Po analytické části je uvedeno srovnání a diskuse s dalšími podobnými články, aby bylo možné více prozkoumat téma diplomové práce. |
