| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou využití sociálních sítí k podpoře inovacív organizacích. Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvoření metodiky, pro potenciálníinovátorské firmy a subjekty a vyhledání patřičných informačních zdrojů k získáníinformací, jak v této situaci postupovat.V kapitolách teoretické části, jsou na základě rešerše odborných českých i zahraničníchzdrojů uvedeny obecné teoretické poznatky této specifické problematiky, popsán význam a konkrétní případy, charakteristické rysy a stejně tak výhody a nevýhody jednotlivýchdruhů inovací.Praktická část této práce si klade za cíl vytvoření metodiky, jak postupovat a čím začít,pokud chtějí subjekty využívat výhod otevřených inovací, ale také zjištění hrozeb,příležitostí a dalších situací, které mohou v tomto procesu nastat.V závěrečných kapitolách jsou zpřehledněny a popsány procesy, které by měly býtzohledněny a aplikovány pro úspěšný průběh otevřených inovací.Přínosem této práce je nejen objasnění termínu otevřených inovací jako takového a jak jeaplikovat, ale zpřehlednění jednotlivých kroků, procesů a také ukázka již úspěšnýchpříkladů otevřených inovací jak v českém prostředí, tak na světové úrovni. Cílem a přínosem této práce je usnadnit první krok k rozhodnutí pro subjekty, které chtějí býtnadále konkurenceschopné a zároveň být i určitou inspirací pro tyto inovující subjekty. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the issue of using social networks to support innovation inorganizations. The main aim of this work is to create a methodology for potentialinnovating companies and entities and to find appropriate information sources to obtaininformation on how to proceed in this situation.In the chapters of the theoretical part, on the basis of research of professional Czech andforeign sources, general theoretical knowledge of this specific issue is presented, themeaning and specific cases, characteristic features as well as advantages and disadvantagesof individual types of innovations are described.The practical part of this work aims to create a methodology of how to proceed and what tostart if subjects want to take advantage of open innovation, but also to identify threats,opportunities and other situations that may arise in this process.In the final chapters the processes that should be taken into account and applied for thesuccessful development of open innovations are clarified and described.The contribution of this work is not only to clarify the term of open innovations as suchand how to apply them, but also to clarify individual steps, processes and also to showsuccessful examples of open innovations both in the Czech environment and on the worldlevel. The aim and contribution of this work is to facilitate the first step for decisionmakingfor entities that want to remain competitive while also providing some inspirationfor these innovative entities. |
