| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce Česko-španělské kulturní standardy je identifikovat kritická místa v česko-španělské interakci z pohledů Čechů ve studijním prostředí a navrhnout doporučení, která by studentům pomohla překonat negativní kritická místa v interakci se španělskou kulturou. Tyto kritické situace jsou identifikovány na základě monitoringu sekundárních dat, pozorování a polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s Čechy, kteří mají zkušenost se španělskou kulturou a Španělem, který má zkušenost s českou kulturou. V poslední fázi výzkumu jsou výsledky generalizovány prostřednictvím dotazníkové šetření. Teoretická část obsahuje základní pojmy z psychologie a interkulturního komunikace. Teoretickými východisky jsou kulturní standardy a dimenze. Práce je určena studentům, kteří se chtějí strávit studijní pobyt ve Španělsku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis Czech-Spanish cultural standards is to identify critical situations in czech-spanish interaction from perspective of Czechs, who studied in Spain and suggest recommendations, which would help to get over these negative critical situations in interactions. These critical situations are defined according to the monitoring of secondary data, the observation and the interviews with both Czech and Spanish residents who have in-person experiance with second culture. In the last phase of research are generalized these results by questionnaire. Theoretical part focused on basic psychological and cross-cultural concepts as well as model of cultural standards a cultural dimensions. The thesis is designed for all atudents who would like to study in Spain and deepen their knowledge about Spanish culture. |
