| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním produktů stavebních spořitelen v České republice. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o vzniku a vývoji stavebního spoření v České republice a také uvádí základní charakteristiky stavebních spořitelen a jejich tarifů. Další dvě kapitoly se zaměřují na popis metod, které jsou následně použity v části praktické. Použitými metodami jsou vybrané metody vícekriteriální hodnocení variant a modely analýzy obalu dat (DEA). Výpočetní část je složena ze dvou částí. První část je zaměřena na porovnání tarifů stavebních spořitelen v rámci standardních tarifů, tarifů pro mladé a tarifů v případě úvěru ze stavebního spoření pomocí vybraných metod vícekriteriálního hodnocení variant. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou technické efektivnosti stavebních spořitelen v České republice pomocí analýzy obalu dat. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the comparison of building societies products in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part is divided into three parts. The first chapter deals with the establishment and development of building savings in the Czech Republic and also introduces the basic characteristics of building societies and its tariffs. The next two chapters focus on the description of methods that are subsequently used in the practical part. The methods used are selected methods of multi-criteria evaluation of variants and models of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The calculation part consists of two parts. The first part is focused on the comparison of building societies tariffs within standard tariffs, youth tariffs and tariffs for building savings loans using selected methods of multi-criteria evaluation of variants. The second part deals with the analysis of the technical efficiency of building societies in the Czech Republic using models of Data Envelopment Analysis. |
