| Abstract: | The aim of the diploma thesis is to analyze first part of the Greenway Prague - Wien. The focus is to evaluate the customer's satisfaction with provided services and ascertain the perception with the brand Cykliste vítáni. The theoretical part defines the necessary terminology and following chapters deal with sustainable tourism, deep analysis of the provided services and of the brand as well as with the description of the route. Practical part shows the results of the survey and brings economical impact and potential improvement. |

| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou prvního úseku Greenway Praha - Vídeň. Cílem práce je zhodnotit spokojenost cyklistů s nabízenými službami na trase a zjistit, jak uživatelé vnímají značku Cyklisté vítáni. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy a následné kapitoly se věnují pojmu šetrné turistiky, podrobnému rozboru služeb na trase a značce Cyklisté vítáni a v neposlední řadě popisu zkoumané trasy. Praktická část přináší výsledky dotazníkového šetření, a z těch předkládá ekonomické přínosy trasy a představuje možná zlepšení. |
