| Abstract: | Diplomová práce zabývá se otázkou výběru vhodného ERP systému pro malou společnost, která se zabývá servisem aut. V teoretické časti jsou popsané pojmy tykající se podnikových informačních systému a metod vícekriteriální analýzy, která se aplikuje v praktické časti. Dále v praktické časti je popsána společnost včetně procesů a organizační struktury a také její aktuální stav IT.Hlavním cílem práce je výběr a doporučení vhodného ERP řešeni pro firmu, přičemž hrubý výběr bude prováděn pomoci vícekriteriální analýzy a následný jemný výběr pomoci komparační analýzy pro srovnání dvou nejlepších variant. Následně výsledky, tj. výstup diplomové práce, budou předloženy odpovědným osobám v podniku k posouzeni pro rozhodnutí o volbě systému. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the selection of a suitable ERP system for a small company that deals with car repairs. In the theoretical part there are described terms related to business information systems and methods of multi-criteria analysis, which is applied in the practical part. Furthermore, the practical part describes the current state of IT in the selected company and the company itself, including processes and organizational structure.The main goal of the work is to select and recommend a suitable ERP solution for the company. Subsequently, the results, ie the output of the thesis, will be submitted to the responsible persons in the company for consideration for the decision to choose the system. |
