| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky Supply Chain Managementu v mezinárodním obchodě s řezanými květinami. Cílem práce je komplexní shrnutí procesů mezinárodního logistického řetězce s květinami na základě využití dat o objemech a regionálním rozdělení mezinárodního obchodu s květinami a zároveň popsání náročnosti přepravy květin pod kontrolovanou teplotou. Dílčím cílem práce je vymezení činností jednotlivých článků Supply Chain Managementu a stanovení náplně práce od pěstitele až po konečného zákazníka. Práce se také zabývá technickou náročností procesů chlazení, balení, skladování a manipulace. Zároveň jsou v práci uvedeny využívané druhy dopravy a jejich porovnání z hlediska vlivu na kvalitu přepravovaných květin. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the specifics of Supply Chain Management in international trade with cut flowers. The aim of this work is a comprehensive summary of the international logistics chain of flowers based on the use of data on volumes and regional distribution of international trade in flowers and describing the difficulty of transporting flowers below a controlled temperature. Partial aim of the thesis is to define the activities of individual elements of Supply Chain Management and determine the job description from the grower to the final customer. The thesis also deals with the technical complexity of cooling, packing, storage and handling processes. Finally, there are used types of transport and their comparison in terms of the impact on the quality of transported flowers. |
