| Abstract: | Předmětem této práce je problematika založení společnosti s ručením omezeným od prvotní myšlenky až do finálního vstupu na trh včetně analýzy nástrojů, které pomáhají k efektivnímu plánování tohoto postupu. Hlavním cílem práce je zpracovat případovou studii postupu při založení společnosti s ručením omezeným s podporou vybraného nástroje na plánování. K dosažení cílů práce byla využita dvě dotazníková šetření a jeden osobní rozhovor se zakladatelem společnosti s ručením omezeným. Práce je podložena teoretickými základy, které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this work is the issue of establishing a limited liability company (Ltd.) from the initial idea to the final market entry including the analysis of tools that help to effectively plan this process. The main objective of this thesis is to create a case study focused on the process of establishing a limited liability company with the support of a selected planning tool. Two questionnaire surveys and one personal interview with the founder of Czech company were used to achieve the objectives of this work. Master thesis is based on theoretical foundations, which are subsequently applied in the practical part. |
