| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podmínek podnikání v České republice a v Evropské unii. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zhodnotit stav současného podnikatelského prostředí v České republice a porovnat ho s jinými zeměmi Evropské unie. Dalším úkolem je identifikovat hlavní překážky rozvoje českého podnikání a navrhnout opatření vedoucí k jejich odstranění. V teoretické části je pozornost věnována důležitým základním pojmům, vývoji podnikání, postupu založení podniku, daňovému systému, podpoře podnikání a pracovnímu trhu jak v České republice, tak i v jiných zemích Evropské unie. V praktické části pro porovnání českého podnikatelského prostředí se zeměmi Evropské unie jsou použity indexy mezinárodních organizací a výsledky dotazníkového šetření. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis focuses on business conditions in the Czech Republic and in the European Union. The main purpose of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the current state of the business environment in the Czech Republic and compare it with other countries of the European Union. The other purpose is to identify the obstacles to the development of Czech business and to propose measures which will eliminate them. The theoretical part focuses on basic terms, business development, process of setting up a company, tax system, business support, and labor market both in the Czech Republic and in other European Union countries. In the practical part, the indexes of international organizations and the results of the questionnaire were used to compare the Czech business environment with the other European Union countries. |
