| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zjištění příčin významných příjmových nerovností v Peru a následné navržení možných řešení těchto příčin nerovností. K dosažení cíle je využita historicko-logická metoda a deskripce. První kapitola se zabývá obecně nerovností. Na začátku je definovaná nerovnost a následně jsou uvedeny její druhy. V rámci další podkapitoly jsou nastíněny způsoby měření příjmové nerovnosti. V následujících třech podkapitolách jsou příčiny příjmových nerovností rozděleny z pohledu ekonomického, sociálního a institucionálního. Druhá kapitola se zabývá příčinami příjmových nerovností z historického hlediska, a to od období kolonizace. V rámci třetí kapitoly jsou navržena možná řešení tohoto problému. |

| Abstract: | The objective of the diploma thesis is to find out and to evaluate drivers of income inequality in Peru and at the same time to suggest possible solutions to these drivers. The historical-logical method and description are used to achieve this objective. The first chapter deals with general inequality. Firstly, the inequality is defined and then its types are introduced. The next subchapter outlines ways of measuring income inequality. In the following three subchapters, the causes of income inequalities are divided from the economic, social and institutional point of view. The second chapter deals with the causes of income inequalities from the historical point of view since the colonization period. The last chapter suggests possible solutions to this problem. |
