| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit optimální způsob dopravy zboží na trase Čína - Česká republika na základě reálných obchodních případů společnosti se smyšleným názvem "ABC" při zohlednění velikosti objednávky. V prvních kapitolách práce bude teoreticky představen obchod a mezinárodní obchod obecně společně s dodacími podmínkami INCOTERMS 2010 a ekonomickými i obecnými informacemi o Čínské lidové republice. Od šesté kapitoly dále se práce věnuje historii vzniku společnosti ABC až po současnou obchodní politiku a budoucí vize o rozvoji. V posledních čtyřech kapitolách je podrobně analyzována letecká, vlaková a lodní doprava z pohledu finančních a časových nákladů na čtyřech uskutečněných objednávkách pro společnost ABC. V závěru se čtenář dozví, která doprava byla při kombinaci časových a finančních nákladů nejvýhodnější a jaká je do budoucna doporučená velikost objednávky. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to find out the optimal way of transporting goods on the route China - Czech Republic based on real business cases of the company with the fictitious name "ABC" taking into account the size of the order. In the first chapters of the thesis is theoretically introduced the idea of trade and international trade in general, together with the delivery terms of INCOTERMS 2010 and economic and general information about the People's Republic of China. From the sixth chapter on, the work is devoted to the history of the company ABC, to the current business strategy up to the present vision of development. In the last four chapters, air, train and sea freight are analyzed in detail in terms of financial and time costs on four orders made by company ABC. In conclusion, the reader learns which transport was the most advantageous combination of time and financial costs and what is recommended size for future orders. |
