| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem genderové nerovnosti v Jižní Koreji. Hlavním cílem je zhodnotit vývoj genderových nerovností a jejich dopadů na ekonomiku Jižní Koreje za posledních 10 let. Vedlejším cílem práce je zjistit, zda se genderové rozdíly snižují a zda dochází k promítnutí těchto změn do reálného života Korejců. Práce se skládá ze tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zaměřuje na teoretické vymezení hlavních pojmů a teorií, které dopady genderové nerovnosti vysvětlují. Druhá kapitola pojednává o korejském trhu práce, konkrétních příkladech nerovností a jejich dopadech. Třetí kapitola se zaobírá reálnými dopady nerovností a provedených změn na Korejce. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis deals with the topic of gender inequality in South Korea. The main aim is to assess the evolution of gender inequalities and their impact on South Korea's economy over the past 10 years. The secondary aim of this thesis is to find out if gender differences are decreasing and whether these changes are reflected in the daily life of Koreans. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on the theoretical definition of the main terms and theories that explain the effects of gender inequality. The second chapter deals with the Korean labour market and specific examples and impacts of gender inequalities. The third chapter deals with the real impact of inequalities and the changes that were made in the past in order to decrease inequality. |
