| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podnikatelským plánem na téma založení servisu mobilních telefonů. Cílem bylo ověřit jeho realizovatelnost a zmapovat podmínky jeho založení. V teoretické části byla navrhnuta struktura a metodika podnikatelského plánu na základě odborné literatury. V praktické části jsem se zabýval vlastním podnikatelským plánem. Za tímto účelem jsem provedl několik typů analýz včetně dotazníku, finančního plánu, analýzu silných a slabých stránek organizace a analýzu trhu a další. Práce se také zabývá smysluplností oprav z hlediska ekologie, udržitelnosti a připravované evropské a světové legislativy na toto téma. Závěrem jsem podnikatelský plán vyhodnotil a stanovil podmínky jeho realizace. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis describes a business plan for founding a smartphone repair retail store. The objective was to verify, if this plan is feasible and describe the circumstances. In theoretical part the structure and methods of the business plan were proposed, based on relevant scientific literature. In practical part of the thesis, I composed the actual business plan. In order to meet the objective I created several type of analysis, including questionnaire, financial analysis, analysis of strengths and weaknesses of the organization and market analysis and more. Thesis also includes the topic of relevance, sustainability and ecological feasibility of consumer electronic repairs and mentioning European and global legislation in progress. Final part is the evaluation and setting up the conditions for founding the repair store. |
