| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je komplexně zhodnotit aplikaci, fungování a efektivitu kohezní politiky EU uskutečňovanou v ČR prostřednictvím evropských strukturálních a investičních fondů, a to konkrétně v mikroregionu Broumovsko. Tohoto cíle se práce snaží dosáhnout kritickým zhodnocením národního nastavení kohezní politiky v posledních dvou programovacích obdobích, z čehož by měly vzejít hlavní hypotézy. Ty jsou pak následně ověřovány na příkladu čerpání ve zmíněném regionu, a to pomocí komplexního výzkumu realizovaných projektů a zkušeností místních aktérů. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to comprehensively evaluate the application, functioning and effectiveness of EU cohesion policy implemented in the Czech Republic through the European Structural and Investment Funds, specifically in the Broumovsko microregion. The thesis tries to achieve this goal through a critical evaluation of the national setting of cohesion policy in the last two programming periods, from which the main hypotheses should come from. These are then verified on the example of using of funds in the region, by means of a comprehensive research of implemented projects and experience of local recipients of the funds. |
