| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce jsou Čínské přímé zahraniční investice. Jejím cílem bylo prozkoumat v čem spočívají jejich politické překážky. Dílčím cílem bylo zjistit, jestli v poslední době vzrůstají jejich přílivy do Evropy a jak na změnu jejich kvantity reagují hostitelské ekonomiky. Pro dosažení cíle byla využita analýza fenoménů, které s problematikou souvisí. Nejprve byly popsány právní a smluvní záležitosti, následované pohledem firmy a státu. Prostor byl také věnován ekonomickým a společenským specifikám Číny. Ve druhé části práce jsou získané teoretické poznatky využity na konkrétních případech. Propojení poznatků ze všech zkoumaných oblastí umožnilo předložit širokou škálu politických překážek a podívat se na některé z nich z nové perspektivy. |

| Abstract: | Topic of the bachelor thesis is Chinese foreign direct investments and the main objective was to explore is in in the essence of their political obstacles. Secondary aim of the thesis was to find out whether their inflows rose recently and what was the reaction of the host economies. The analysis of related phenomenons was used to reach the objective. Among them, legal and contractual affairs as well as different perspectives of enterprise and state were scrutinized. Economic and social specificities of Chinese economy were also taken into consideration. Theoretical findings are shown in real examples in the second part of the thesis. Linking all the knowledge from all examined realms enabled to submit wide range of political obstacles and observe some of them from a new perspective. |
