| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá tématem konceptu společenské odpovědnosti firem - Corporate Social Responsibility. Na praktickém příkladu společnosti Vodafone Czech Republic a.s. je názorně ilustrováno, jak koncept funguje v reálných podmínkách. Práce je uvedena teoretickou částí, která představuje konkrétní formy a oblasti CSR, dále její přínosy a nástroje, kterými je CSR komunikována. Následující kapitoly shrnují současný stav vývoje společenské odpovědnosti v zahraničí a v České republice. Poslední kapitola se věnuje trendům a vývoji konceptu do budoucna. |

The thesis begins with the presents the concept, its forms and advantages. Following chapters include the situation in the Czech Republic and in other world countries, including the European Union. At the end there is a chapter about the future trends in the corporate responsibility. |
